How does the 30-day guarantee work?

We want you to be happy with your site. You can cancel your subscription for any reason within thirty days and we will give you a full refund. It's as simple as that. After thirty days, you can cancel at any time but without a refund.

Can I upgrade my subscription at any time?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You pay an upgrade fee in proportion to the difference between the two plans and the amount of time left before your next annual payment. Just contact us and we'll sort it out. You can downgrade at any time too but the change will not take place until your next annual payment is due and there are no refunds.

Can I pay in monthly instalments?

Unfortunately, we can only accept annual payments at the moment.

Do I get my domain name back if I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and, if you want, we will transfer your domain name to another supplier. We don't hold your domain name to ransom.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. They include registering your domain name, setting up and hosting your website and visitor stats. If you sign up for the Max subscription we will also do all your updates for you. We will even scan in your photos, digitise your voiceover demos and showreel DVDs. The only tiny exception is if you want us to register more than one domain name, in which case we charge a small fee for each additional name.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Switch, Mastro, Solo and American Express. We use PayPal so that your financial information is completely secure.
